Dr. Ryuichi Shimada, a surgeon of our group, delivered a lecture at the 49th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Ophthalmic Surgery, which was held from Friday, January 30 to Sunday, February 1 at the Fukuoka International Congress Center and Marine Messe Fukuoka Hall B.
Dr. Shimada specializes in ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) surgery among refractive surgical procedures and is one of the few young ophthalmologists actively engaged in both clinical practice and academic research.
He will continue to actively participate in academic activities in the future.
