Do you have any precautions or belongings on the day or the day before the preoperative examination for cataract?

When undergoing a preoperative examination for cataract surgery, do not wear soft contact lenses for 3 days before your examination, and stop wearing hard- or continuous wear contact lenses for 2 weeks before your examination.
Please do not wear eye makeup on the day of the preoperative examination and do not drive a car.
There are no particular restrictions on drinking the day before the preoperative examination, but please make sure that you are in the usual physical condition.
Please bring your ID with you.
