Is it possible to correct presbyopia with ICL instead of bifocal intraocular contact lenses?

Presbyopia cannot be corrected with ICL, so if is focused in the far with ICL, reading glasses will be required from the day after surgery.
If you don’t want to use reading glasses with ICL instead of bifocal intraocular contact lenses, you can lower your distance vision to 1.0 or even 0.7-0.8 so that you can see near to some extent without reading glasses.
However, you still need reading glasses to see little letters.
Another method is monovision, which allows one eye to see well in the far distance and lowers the other eye to about 0.5 to 0.7 so that the other eye can see the near. You don’t have to have glasses.
However, it is easy for eyestrain to occur due to the difference in visual acuity, so some people are suitable, and some people are not suitable for this correction method.
