The cost of surgery at this clinic includes preoperative examination (10,000 yen), surgery fee, regular postoperative examination (the warranty period varies depending on the surgical procedure), and medication fee required before and after surgery. It does not cost any more than this.

It may take some time for the lenses to arrive.
Postoperative redness or severe inflammation may occur. You may also experience halos or glare.
It may be necessary to exchange the lenses for a different prescription or size after the procedure.
For lenses correcting astigmatism, axis adjustment may be required after the procedure.
In very rare cases, cataracts or glaucoma may develop.

■Common to all plans: The cost is a flat rate, regardless of the lens prescription.
* The fee is half-price for a single eye.
* An advance payment of 300,000 yen (tax included) is required.
* As this is a self-pay procedure, health insurance coverage does not apply.

Post-operative Check-ups

Scheduled check-ups: Next day, 1 week, and 1 month.
Check-ups at 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and annually thereafter are recommended even after the initial scheduled check-up period ends.
(After the warranty period expires, the fee is 10,000 yen per visit.)

Laser cataract Surgery Costs

Warranty period: 3 years
Capsulotomy following yttrium-aluminum-garnet (YAG) laser procedure: free of charge
It will be free of charge for 3 years after the operation, and will be covered by insurance after 3 years.
※Additional correction by LASIK costs 200,000 yen including tax for both eyes
(100,000 yen including tax for one eye).

Postoperative examination: the day after surgery / 1 week / 1 month / 3 months
The warranty is 3 years, so please visit us in 6 months / 1 year, or 3 years if you wish. After 3 years, the examination will be covered by medical insurance.

ICRS Implantation

Costs: for both eyes, 900,000 yen including tax
※ Half price for one eye
※For cases that require ICL treatment after cross-linking, 100,000 yen including tax discount for both eyes and 50,000 yen including tax for one eye.
